A new phase in your life is beginning, dear Gemini. The previous phase can be interpreted as having taught you to be serious and devoted to professional responsibilities. And you did accomplish some good deeds. Now you can relax and look forward. Let yourself feel the welcome tug of the future

Fitness/change of lifestyle

Fitness is a state of mind, a change of lifestyle and an increase in action. Once we all realize that fitness is not a quick fix but a consistent committed way of life- then and only then do we begin to see results. Get out of your chair get a pen a piece of paper and let’s get to work! Write down all of the physical fun activities that you enjoy i.e. skating, swimming, walking, dancing etc. Choose two that you enjoy more than the others, alternate your choice exercises every four weeks. Write on a sheet of paper your schedule- include all daily activities business and personal. You must have an hour that you can spare?
Choose three – four days out of your busy week that you can commit one hour per day to making you a better person- mind, body, and spirit, this is what exercise does for you! Once you’ve chosen your days and times write them on your calendar and hang it near your shower, your bed or your front door, this will help keep you motivated to stay dedicated and committed!
Now, you’ve gotten the hard part out of the way! Call a friend, a husband, a relative to partner with you; this should help to make your transition so much smoother. Having someone there to push you will help! If there is no one there for you, don’t worry, God gifted you with you, get to work! May God Be With You,

Tubal Reversal

Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center
Tubal ligation reversal is a highly successful treatment for couples who want to have a baby after a tubal ligation. Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center is the only specialty center exclusively for tubal reversal surgery. We are here to make tubal reversal comfortable, affordable, and successful - and we want you to have the most complete and accurate information available about all aspects of female sterilization reversal.
Read About Us
Best treatment
Tubal ligation reversal enables women to conceive naturally and is the best treatment for most women wanting to become pregnant again after having their tubes tied. Most couples would rather conceive naturally than undergo assisted reproductive treatment with in vitro fertilization. Our follow-up statistics show that tubal reversal has a higher pregnancy rate and a higher birth rate than IVF. Two-thirds of my patients become pregnant within one year after surgery. The pregnancy rate varies by type of tubal ligation performed, length and health of the remaining fallopian tube segments, age, and other factors.
Other Benefits

During my 28 years in practice, I have developed outpatient microsurgery techniques that minimize tubal reversal cost, discomfort, and recovery time. The procedure takes an hour or less, there is no hospital stay, and most women return to their normal activities within 5 to 10 days. This is better for patients than the 2 to 5 day hospital stay and 4 to 6 week recovery period after the traditional approach to tubal surgery. Since I specialize in and limit my practice to tubal reparative surgery, my staff and I can concentrate on providing the best possible care for tubal reversal patients.
Information about tubal reversal
The link buttons on the left hand side of the page will help you learn about us and find information on our site. The tubal ligation illustrations show fallopian tube anatomy, tubal ligation methods, and pregnancy rates after tubal reversal for each method. The tubal reversal illustrations show the procedures that restore fallopian tube anatomy and function. Our ongoing Tubal Reversal Study gives the most recent follow-up statistics on pregnancies and outcomes after tubal reversal at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center. It is informative to read patients' testimonials and participate on our message board. You can order a free videotape or DVD of the operation I perform as shown on Discovery and The Learning Channel. You can also check the latest additions to our frequently updated web site, and find further information using the search box located at the bottom of each page.
